Earlier this fall, we shared our new tagline, “Protection, Taken Personally.” In a nutshell, “Protection, Taken Personally,” encapsulates not only the services we provide, but how we do business, treat our clients, and view everything we do.  When we developed our updated tagline, we also took it a step further and decided upon four brand pillars that we feel differentiate our agency.

What are our brand pillars? They are the mission, values, purpose, voice, tone, and feel of our agency. These are our compass—the lens through which we evaluate all decisions at every level of our business. These short statements will clearly guide our agency in all its client interactions and help focus our team on what’s important. So, we’d like to share our four pillars that we believe differentiate us as a business – we call it, “The RSS Difference.”

The RSS Difference is the foundation of our agency. To be part of the RSS team, each and every team member and agent must agree with these pillars and take them as their own.
