OurTeamCollageAt RSS we’re extremely proud of the 18 team members we’ve assembled to help, advise, support, instruct and partner with our clients and community.  We’ve selected and trained our staff for very specific roles in order to best assist our customers with any need or question they may have. We would like to give some insight as to how and why we have our team set up the way we do and to familiarize you with the structure we’ve designed.

Our Agents

We currently have eight licensed insurance agents that call RSS home. Between the eight of them they represent almost 150 years of experience in the insurance industry! Our agents strive to get to know their client’s situation, their business and their needs.  Our agents are a relational partner with our customers.  You will often times find them out of the office meeting with clients personally over a cup of coffee discussing auto insurance needs or at a corporate board meeting advising on complex insurance matters for a multi-state corporation. One thing they all have in common? Our Support Team

We specifically designed our team structure so we can give our clients the most expertise and best advice and assistance possible. All of our licensed customer service account managers/support team members have been trained in  and specialize in either personal lines, commercial lines, or health insurance and benefits. We want our support team to be focused on their specific area of expertise.  They support our agents and clients with any policy or insurance needs they may have.  We also love the fact that not only do you have your own agent when  you contact RSS, but also a team of two or three other people that may assist you when you need help right away. Our Personal Lines Team

These knowledgable and friendly women support our personal lines clients and their agents.  They assist with everything from quoting and policy issuance, to policy changes and claim assistance.  Give them a call! They are always ready to help!

Our Commercial Lines Team

We feel as though we have a pretty exceptional service team for our commercial lines customers.  Between the three of them these ladies have 50 years of insurance experience.  Pretty impressive we think!  They assist our clients and their agents with almost all facets of  commercial policies and coverage needs.  Their expertise also allows them to assist the agents in advising our clients when an agent is not available.

Our Health & Benefits Team

Health insurance has gotten to be a pretty complicated and complex matter for most of our clients. RSS has two very knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly ladies licensed in Health and Life available to help you with your questions.  When you have a health insurance related question, these ladies are ready to help!  Melody specializes in group/business health accounts and Elisabeth assists our individual health policy clients.

Office Administration

Lastly, where would an insurance agency be without administrative support?  When you call our office and speak with reception, you will speak with Maria.  She handles much of the day to day procedures such as incoming mail, scanning, documentation, downloads, supply orders and much more.  Sara handles all of the accounting, billing, licensing, and financial work for RSS. She also manages the marketing, social media and blog.  It’s no small task to keep our customers up to date on what’s going on at RSS!
